For those of you who may be diabetic, this topic will be familiar. The A1C test measures the amount of glucose bound to the hemoglobin in your blood, and helps show how you are managing your blood sugar levels over time
However this test can and should be used by healthy people to warn of impending blood sugar problems BEFORE they develop into a diabetic condition.
