The Five Tibetan Rites

Hi,

If you want to slow aging, boost energy, calm & focus the mind and improve general health and well being, check this proven program out.

Carolinda Witt and her team have modernized the famous anti-aging routine called The Five Tibetan Rites – calling it "T5T" for short: They have boosted its already powerful benefits and made it even easier to learn.

You'll learn how to do this ancient once-secret, anti-aging routine in 10 simple steps. And, it will only take you just 10 – 15 mins per day once learnt.

These are the same steps that Carolinda Witt has used in teaching thousands of students, through workshops, books, DVD’s & CD’s.

The best thing is -- these techniques are already proven and you can literally start applying them right now.

To find out more -- just go to:

... and if you have any further questions -- just let me know!

Kind Regards,

Susan

  2. I found the tips about antiaging products a useful one. But I would say that it would be great if they mentioned someting about borba water. Thanks.

  3. I started the 5 rites 2 weeks ago at 21x each, which are not difficult for me; should I , at this point, start over and do the suggested gradual build up to 21x, starting at 3x a week ?-Tony Tamer

  4. I've been doing the 5 rites for 2 weeks and I started with 21x each. Should I back up and do it the suggested way of 3x and build up to 21 now ? The exercises are not difficult for me.

  5. HI Tony,

Thanks for your comment. I think you should first make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and in the right order. If you are, thats great, just keep up the good work.

If not, then go back and start out with 5 repetitions or so and focus on learning the exercises properly. Do not increase unless you are doing them the right way and then add a repetition each day or even slower if need be, so that when you are up to 21, you will be performing them as close to perfect as possible.

There is an old saying, "Practice does not make perfect." "Perfect practice makes perfect."

    Hope that helps!

  7. These steps are just like my wife's daily routine. I haven't tried it, though. I'm pretty sure it would be an impressive men's anti aging program for me. I really want to loose some age spots now that I've reached my late 30's and since I've been doing a lot of stuff so I don't have much time to exercise. I can only use a 10-minute routine.
