Healthy Weight Loss


The weight loss industry takes in millions of dollars selling diet aids, supplements, and exercise devices, all for "losing weight." However focusing on weight loss alone can be counterproductive, and even unhealthy.

Sometimes more then necessary weight loss can cause many problems. Therefore it is necessary to moderate your weight loss strategy and make sure that this will be not affect you negatively.

I am strongly agree with that Fulvic that there is a drawback of of weight loose too. My wife started loosing weight after pregnancy and she become very weak So I advise take care of your proper diet during the weight loose.
