ReplyDeleteI am strongly agree with that Fulvic that there is a drawback of of weight loose too. My wife started loosing weight after pregnancy and she become very weak So I advise take care of your proper diet during the weight loose.

Exercise is an important part of being healthy. It's inefficient as far as weight loss compared to not putting that donut in your mouth in the first place, but it gives lots of other health benefits.
