Healthy Weight Loss


The weight loss industry takes in millions of dollars selling diet aids, supplements, and exercise devices, all for "losing weight." However focusing on weight loss alone can be counterproductive, and even unhealthy.

  1. Sometimes more then necessary weight loss can cause many problems. Therefore it is necessary to moderate your weight loss strategy and make sure that this will be not affect you negatively.

  2. I am strongly agree with that Fulvic that there is a drawback of of weight loose too. My wife started loosing weight after pregnancy and she become very weak So I advise take care of your proper diet during the weight loose.

  3. Exercise is an important part of being healthy. It's inefficient as far as weight loss compared to not putting that donut in your mouth in the first place, but it gives lots of other health benefits.

  4. I just would like to say that from my personal experience, Try not to eat while working, watching TV, reading, using a computer, or driving.Anyway, Thanks for sharing your tips as well.

  5. Walking is great. No expertise or equipment is required, you can do at any time, it's free! Moreover, as long as you do on a regular basis and for long enough, walking can be just as beneficial to the activities of any more powerful.
